Chapter 1 Jumping onto to ship

How do I finish chapter 1. When I grab on to the ships ramp, my suit starts flasihng an E in a circle and then I get dropped and die.

    After killing the two dudes that drop down, hold LB (on Xbox) to try and run forward. Do this quickly. Once the ship comes down the countdown will start, you need to be near the ramp by then. At that moment you have to jump (the same command you got at the beginning when going down the snow - on Xbox that is LB + RB). 

    Once you've jumped a prompt will tell you to press a button. On the Xbox that is the A, so you just keep beating that A. If you say E, then I guess you are playing on the PC, right? Just keep pressing the E.
