chapter 12 dialogue missing?

Not sure if it's intended or not but in chapter 12:

Bit of a spoiler ahead.

Isaac finds out Nicole is dead, there's a missing line of dialogue after he watches the video of it, specifically on PC I've noticed. I've seen a couple of playthroughs on PS5 and the dialogue is there.

When Kendra tells him Nicole's been dead this whole time Isaac is supposed to say "Maybe I knew something wasn't right, but she's - she'd been through so much. and..." but he's silent on the PC version and then Kendra's next bit of dialogue happens. Not sure if that's been reported or not? I've included a screenshot of the dialogue missing for me. I've completed the game a couple times both on NG and NG+.
