Chapter 3 Refuel Engines Not Progressing

I have the exact issue as the OP, on Xbox Series X. The date of the bug is Dec 3rd 2023.

Has there not been any patch or solution for this?

Am playing on Impossible, and used my one save slot after activating both engines. Didn't realise until afterwards that the objective won't update. Have also restarted the centrifuge in the hopes it would all update, but the objective still reads 'Refuel the Engines (South).

    I really can’t restart the game, it would kill me timewise so I would need to put it to rest - sadly. Please provide a solution, maybe just a „cheat“ to skip the task/mark it as done or so.

    This all wouldn't be so bad if they had a tool that would take your current inventory and bank data and just allow you to regen a new file with the data from the previous chapter/section.
