Chapter 3 Refuel Engines Not Progressing

I really can’t restart the game, it would kill me timewise so I would need to put it to rest - sadly. Please provide a solution, maybe just a „cheat“ to skip the task/mark it as done or so.

This all wouldn't be so bad if they had a tool that would take your current inventory and bank data and just allow you to regen a new file with the data from the previous chapter/section.
