Dead space 2 CD-Key already been used??

I purchased Dead space 2 I got the key here but it keeps saying the CD-Key is in use. How do i fix this?

Sometimes older games can cause trouble with code redemption directly with the Origin client. To redeem your code with Origin, please try to activate your codes on following activation website. Get sure that you are logged in with your Origin account. If you still having trouble, get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They can help you to get back in to your game!
