Dead Space 2 Crashing

My DS2 is crashing on startup due to my CPU have more than 10 cores. You were made aware of this issue in 2019 by a user named hellfire who even made a fix for it (a fix that doesn't work for me). 

When are you going to produce a FIX for this problem that you have been aware of since 2019?
