Dead Space 3 - code has already been used

Hi - I bought the Humble Bundle a year or so ago when they had the Origin games bundle - Dead Space 3, Crysis 2, Mirror's Edge, Medal of Honor, Battlefield 3 and a few other games. I redeemed the code for Dead Space 3 then and played it for a while. Recently, I had to reinstall Windows due to a hard drive crash, and the game no longer shows up in Origin. When I try to re-enter the code, it says "This code has already been used.". It doesn't show up in My Games, and when I try to show anything but My Games, everything else is grayed out. Is there any way to get the game back? This is also happening for other games from the bundle - Mirror's Edge works, but Medal of Honor and Battlefield 3 also give the error. I have the emails from the Humble Bundle site showing I bought the games - how do I get them back in My Games?
