Dead Space 3 - Log-in Failed

Ok, here I am.
Origin gave me Dead Space 3 when SimCity servers were getting offline almost every day.  I never downloaded nor played Dead Space 3, until yesterday when a friend of mine told me he got the game through humble bundle, so I downloaded to play co-op with him. The thing is, I get that error when I open the game and it doesn't allow me to play co-op.
I've searched a little and saw some people saying to apply the serial code again to the account, that didn't worked for me, and since I haven't found any other solution to try out, I'm here asking for help.
