dead space 3 redeem online pass code issues

I just bought dead space 3 and when i put my redeem online code it said incorrect or expired! the game is new, please can you help me?

If you tried to redeem your online pass during the first start of the game, you can alternatively redeem their Online Pass through their console's Code Redemption process. If you need to redownload their Online Pass can find instructions on doing so here.
If you are still not able to redeem your Online Pass, you need to contact your retailer for an replacement first.
