Dead Space 3 released, but I still can't download!

I have the same problem. Dead Space 3 is grey in my Game list, download not possible

This seems to be a billing a problem. When logging in with my origin account (via web-browser) Dead-Space 3 doesn't show up in my order history.

In the order history in the origin client it still says that my "order is transferred" for Dead Space 3 and "order finished" for Dead Space 1 (which I can download and play).

Maybe this info helps.

PS: I translated the messages from german, don't know what it says literally in the english origin client

Hey there, got the same problem. Bought the game several weeks ago. Of course it was payed back then.

I can totally understand that you are upset because of the fact that you are actually not able to enjoy Dead Space 3. We are aware of this issue and working on a fix. Some game entitlements should be fixed now, but as some of you reporting that they still unable to download the game, we will look into it.

I give you a shout as soon as I have any updates.

i have the same problem as the other guys here,   i still can not download dead space 3 because origin says me that it is not released

same here, altough I received an emal saying it is ready and the game is showing in my order history!

Got the exact same problem as everyone here I guess.... and starting to ask myself why I paid money last year to _not_ be able to play a game at release. 

Note to self: Never ever preorder any EA games again!

An total effrontery. I should walk into an shop and buy it on CD, sending the bill to EA so they pay it and keep that digital version.

At least the US-support is replying to us. The german support seems not to work at all.
