Dead Space on Android will not download files to play.

Dead Space purchased through Google Play Store.

When running Dead Space and the initial "Extra files needed" (why aren't these packed?) there is a 'server error -15'.[This has changed after the 2nd uninstall/reinstall to (500)]  The files will not download.

This issue is prior to any ability to run in 'airplane' mode, it needs these files in order to start.  Download attempts are on WiFi.

Is there a way to dl the file(s) outside of the game?

Hardware 0004

Software 1.31.651.2

Android version 4.1.2

HTC Sense version 5..0

HTC SDK API 5.12

Exact error message:

SERVER ERROR

A server error has occurred. Please visit www.eamobile.com/countrygate to choose your country and click the customer service support link. (500)

    if you are using a rooted device then dead space will not function properly

    There was no option to select Dead Space for android so I am posting this here. I have installed Dead Space on my android device. I launch it and it says it needs to download some files but it always fails and says server error (-15) to contact ea mobile suppport. I have tried this in my wifi, my 5G wfi, and my 5g cellular connection and the same thing happens. How can I get these files insatalled so I can play the game?

    I have the same issue. My device is not rooted. It is an ATT Galaxy Note 3. Can we alt least get a download link either sent to our email or texted to us. Been having this issue since I got the phone.
