Dead space remak installing went wrong on ps5 disk version..!!

I bought a new Deadspace game, a new disc version a few days ago, but unfortunately a problem always occurs when installing the game, as the installing process stops at 76%, and it always happens when I try to re-installing and download the game on my ps5, and when I review the seller from whom I bought the game, he says that the matter is repeated For more than one person, and that the problem is from the company that manufactured the game, the disc version, so please help me with this problem. Knowing that the game is new, and my version of the disc does not have any scratches or defects.

    @ghaith96 This error is most commonly a disc error or a cached error on the console. All info on that error points to a disc issue and that I am afraid there is little we can do about it. 

    Below are the steps that may help out with this error.

    First, get a soft cloth you would use for glasses, or lenses and clean the disc as best you can so that there are no smudges or scratches.

    Unplug the internet, toss in the game, and let it start to install.

    If this does not work, try the following

    Once those steps are completed, you can repeat the first steps and see if they work again.

    @EA_Shepard Hello, after contacting to the seller, he told me that the problem occurred with everyone who bought the disc version of the game, and that the problem is only in the European version of the game, and he told me that he had submitted a complaint to the official distributor of the copy in my country because of this problem. Kindly, I hope to issue an update that solves the problem as soon as possible .. Thank you.

    I reached out on this one. If this in fact an issue with the game disc and not the hardware itself, the retailer would need to swap out the disc or refund it as per their policy. 

    If for some reason it was a hardware issue we would only know by troubleshooting this one.

    Console steps are quite limited really, so we also want to get a static cloth to wipe down the disc of smudges and scratches and try again. It is something that the team was made aware of though.

    The disc is new and clean and does not have any problems or scratches. I have tried all the previous methods and it did not work. I hope you will issue a new update that solves the problem. There are also many people who have had this problem and talked about it in Reddit. The process of installing the game reaches 76% and an error occurs..I hope a solution is found. In the fastest time.
