Dead Space won’t load for Xbox Series X

Hello, a couple of weeks ago I was able to get into Dead Space and play the game fine. But now I can’t even load the game - I’ve done a soft and hard restart, uninstall and reinstall 2 times, deleted...

@haleyp34 Are you using the internal storage or an external one?

  @haleyp34 If its the Seagate slot in the back of the console, that should be able to offer speeds equal to the internal SSD, so I would say no/its fine.
  
  Is that where its located? (also to check do you have the official Seagate one or a other market version?)

    @EA_Illium yes- I tried everything including what the tech support told me over twitter. I uninstalled the game until this crash gets fixed.
