Deleting the cache helped immensely with micro stuttering for me.
I've seen this suggested on both Reddit and Steam today and tried it out. Now I am not saying this will work for everyone, but it has pretty much got rid of the microstuttering for me.
Look for the cache folder inside your Dead Space (2023) in Documents. For me the path is C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Dead Space (2023)\cache. Delete everything in the cache folder and launch Dead Space. Let it rebuild the shaders and do NOT touch any settings at all. It hopefully will now be running without microstutters.
There is a few things about this I have seen people talking about and I want to clarify some of them. This DOES NOT fix the asset stutter you get when moving from room to room or when you use and get off of elevators. I doubt anyone but the devs can do anything about that.
Secondly I have had to delete the cache every time before playing the game again. If I try to play again without doing so I get microstuttering again. I'm not sure why that is, but something happens to them either when exiting the game or restarting it. I haven't seen many reports of others having to do this but I do. Just a heads up if you start to experience microstuttering again.
Hope this helps people out. I take no credit for finding this. I'm just reposting threads from Reddit and Steam.
