DSR Chapter 11: cannot trigger sequence to finish the chapter of the game

Hello, 

I've been playing through the game over the launch weekend, and today I encountered a bug, after getting the marker into the cargo bay I'm supposed to meet up with doctor kyne on the flight deck. But when I arrive there is supposed to be a game sequence where the ship arrives so I can load the marker into the shuttle. When I go through the doos nothing happens and there is no way for me to trigger the event.
