Community Manager@CharleAllenSu, controller-specific functions (like Haptic feedback) and a completely malfunctioning controller are two different things. Please keep the threads separated. Thanks.

Currently, I have the same issue.
I tried with my PS4 and PS5 controller with USB through EA play, and they all detected well through Device manager. and they work well for basic gameplay control, except the vibration.
I'm not expecting Dualshock-specific functions, just the good old controller vibration. But so far non of my controller shown any vibration in any circumstances.
