Game breaking Cloud Save Bug

I put 35 hrs into this game, My pc crashed during chapter 12, Rebooted the pc just to find out all my saves are gone 😞also the option to restore last local saved game is greyed out there's no way to click it. Superlative remake by the way

Hi @Fantasymmetric Can we start by trying the following steps and then checking if this continues?

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

@EA_Illium Unfortunately those options did not solve the issue, I see all my saves in documents/dead space 2023 but every time I start the application I have to start the game from the beginning.
