Solved

getting booted or crashing on impossible run.

okay so idk if anyone else is having this problem but I've been trying to complete an impossible run for a while now but every time I get close the game boots me out into an infinite loading screen or crashes. is there a fix for this or do i need to wait for a patch.

Hey @jorgonz2550 @Steelvision01

can we try the following steps and check if this continues?

Make sure the game is installed on an internal SSD (versus HDD or external SSD connected via USB)

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Rolling back your GPU drivers to a previous version then test

Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

Thanks!

I haven't gotten any crashes yet, but I have been booted to a loading screen multiple times. By chance, does the loading screen look the image I attached, or like in the video below? I believe it may be caused by running the game on a specific SSD; specifically a WD Black (SN750 SE NVME 1TB in my case). If so, there doesn't seem to be a fix at the moment other than frequently saving and restarting the game when it happens.
