Once you try to open a few doors carver has an episode and i defend him while he is doing that but then when all the enemies are dead and he fine the door still says power malfunction. I think it is for hardcore only cause we just tried in pure survival and it worked like a charm. Any one else having this problem.
I've had a lot of door problems. There's a room where you have a few options where to put the battery to open the door to next room. If you throw it up stairs and open *that* door, there's a room with a few items and a Scavenger Bot drop point.
The first time I did this room in co-op, the battery locked into place, and we couldn't progress. We restarted from the last checkpoint and just skipped that room. It *may* be relevant that on this attempt, I inserted the battery as Clarke.
On a different playthrough, this time while I was Carver, I inserted the battery as Carver, and it worked fine.
Is there a soultion for this?
Same issue.
Harcore mode, co-op. After the first two Carver episodes the doors are still locked with "power malfunction".
The first time, it takes about 90 seconds for the doors to turn green. But the second time it goes on forever.
THis is the only thing that's keeping me from my platinum trophy...
This is the second glitch I've encountered that has broken my chance for platinum.
During my firs playthrough on normal, the weapon trophy did not unlock for me, so I replayed on Hardcore... now I'm stuck again,
I figured out the solution to this problem. You need to play the co-op mission by playing through the whole chapter. Not just selecting the co-op mission from the main menu. If you start the chapter from the beginning and play through until Carver has his meltdown, the door problem goes away(with the excepion of the first door. THe first door will be stuck for about 90 seconds.
