I bought the limited edition copy for the extra suits and guns. now how do i access them?

they should be automatically  available. guns are in your safe, acess through a bank and suits through suit stations though it takes a while until you find one.

The weapons and suits are not there and when i load my saved game, it says there was a problem logging me in to the ea servers or something

wait it said " either your account has been disabled or you cannot access this game. please visit ea.support.com for help". i looked there and it says nothing about it
