I can't download dead space trough Ea Play on PS5

I bought Ea Play to play Dead Space i played the game for a few hours then they took it out from the subscription.

Now its back in but when i try do download it it shows an error , i contacted Playstation Support and they told me to contact Ea Support

    Sam problem here is I can not download it it says something wrong
