I can't properly launch Dead Space 3. The game won't start

I can't properly launch Dead Space 3. The game won't start, and an error message appears. This message "A problem on our end caused the launch to fail. Please try again later."  I was able to play ...

These three games used to work perfectly when I was using the Origin application. However, ever since the forced installation of the EA App, I’ve been experiencing various issues that prevent the games from loading. I've contacted EA customer support, but haven't been able to get any effective solutions.
