I CAN'T REDDEM MY CODE ON DEAD SPACE2

Redemption of retail game codes for a digital download version of the game is a new feature that is supported for games released in 2009 or later.

But I enter my retail game codes (DEAD SPACE 2) to Origin , it doesn't work and show" The code is used." This Game released in 2009, right ?

Sometimes older games can cause trouble with code redemption directly with the Origin client. To redeem your code with Origin, please try to activate your codes on following activation website. Get sure that you are logged in with your Origin account. If you still having trouble, get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They can help you to get back in to your game!
