i keep getting a message telling me the game cant launch
I had bought dead space on the Sunday and tried playing the game but was met with a black loading screen for 20+ minutes so I had reinstalled the game and the same thing happened but after redownloading it for the third time i kept getting a message saying the game wouldn't launch and I don't know what to do about it. I have also ran both the game and the EA launcher in administrator and still haven't got anything positive
Hi @DaBeast7272 Lets try the following and check if this continues.
- Make sure the game is installed on an internal SSD (versus HDD or external SSD connected via USB)
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
