INJECT the wheezer : loop of death in loading screen

Hi, 

I injected wheezer 3 and then wheezer 2 and then wheezer 1. Now it says inject wheezer 4 (which is strange when it’s actually only 3 as per the cut scene). I then died and now am stuck in loading screen dying automatically before it loads !!! 

While loading I keep dying automatically and there is no way I can even load a previous chapter or a save point to start again. Attached the screenshot of where I am stuck. 

Please advise on how to solve this. I don’t intend to play the game from beginning again due to this bug. I would be surprised if the developers did not think there would be folks who might shuffle the injection order.
