Community Manager@Hawfeelow Are you playing the game on Xbox or on PC? If on PC are you on the EA app, The Xbox App or Steam?
I loaded it up on Xbox through the Game Pass section and I can see English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Simplified Chinese.
On PC however, the language is grayed out because I installed mine in English. You may need to reinstall the game in the language you wish to have the language options in. However, there should be 7 language options to choose from in the settings once its reinstalled if they are available.
@EA_ShepardI'm playing the game on PC through the EA app. I tried re-installing the game in Spanish but the voice options were still missing...
One strange thing I noticed is that the store page says that the game includes the Spanish language (Spain localization), but the EA app doesn't show it when installing the game, only the Mexican localization.
I'd like to add that other people in the Spanish forums are having the exact same issue using the EA app:
Community Manager@Hawfeelow That is correct. We have been looking at it. its a hard one because if none of them are there we have to have that sent over because something could be wrong, or it may be the version of the game linked to each account that does not support it for some reason.
@EA_ShepardThe issue has been first reported back on January on the Spanish forum and people there have been trying many solutions on their end. Ultimately, it seems only EA can help us solving this...
Perhaps other English speaking players that played the game on PC through the EA app also experienced this issue as well but didn't notice/care since the English voice option is available anyways.
Community Manager@Hawfeelow It's been reported up along with the other language boards reporting it. With the limited updates on it, it may be something that is just not going to get updated as quickly as we would like it to be. When we get an update though we will let you know.
