I preloaded the game, then updated on launch day, and it opens, says it's building shaders, and then closes. No crash report, no bug report, no error report, just a straight close back to the EA app after approximately 2-3 seconds. I added the folder as an exception in my antivirus software, restarted my computer, turned off the EA overlay, and reinstalled the game with the same problem. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Here are my specs:
Windows 10 64 bit
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
32.0 GB RAM
Nvidia RTX 2060 Super
DirectX v12
It's installed on an SSD.
There's another thread on this a bit further down the list. I recommend jumping in and upvoting that one so it gains more traction and this issue is more easily seen by the devs.

Mine is stuck on the building shaders. The wheel in the bottom right corner keeps spinning but nothing.
Yes I already made a post about this, and since EA doesn't seem to care at all, I thought I'd make another post just to spite them, even though it's a small indie company. Could you please fix your game that I'm paying for? Game doesn't progress past shader building, and it closes with no error message. I'm running a 2060 super, AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor 3.60 GHz, DirectX 12, and it's installed on an SSD.
