@wedge909 pretty much the same thing on my end, you should check Vram load instead of GPU core load, it gets lower and makes the performance drop
Interesting that 90% of the people on this post are 30 series cards and the majority on Steam fourms with this are 30 series? The one guy doing good is a 20 series.
