[PS5] Chapter 5 power cell not progressing

In Chapter 5 I encountered a glitch that is preventing me from finishing the game (I'm playing on PS5, digital download). There's a missing power cell which prevents me from getting into the next room. I watched a YouTube playthrough and the power cell was in a specific location for the guy playing, but it just isn't there for me. I googled my issue and it seems that other people have encountered it, although interestingly enough in different chapters. None of the suggested fixes I found worked — I reloaded previous saves, I deleted the game and re-downloaded it, etc.  What are my options here? Can I at least get a refund if all else fails?

    @gfjuynku The power cell has been an issue for a while now. Theres limited steps on this one but some may work for you if you haven't gotten it to work yet. As for a refund though, that would only go through EA if the game was purchased on the EA app. Being on console, publishers don't have the ability to make those refunds. You would need to reach out to Sony and make that request if its a digital copy.

    Hi, what are the “limited steps” that I haven’t tried yet?

    unfortunately Sony told me that EA was the place to go for refunds so it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting one.
