PS5 Continue From Main Menu

I'm having issues when I start up the game and just hit continue. It always drops a second main menu that I have to hit continue on again then the game will load but the camera remains stuck in place. I can move Isaac and everything else functions but the camera doesn't move. Every time I start the game I have to do all this then exit back to main menu and hit continue one more time for it to load properly and allow me to play.
