Purchased DLC not showing up

I purchased Dead Space 3 Deluxe edition upgrade, but non of the included DLC's are showing up. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but it didn't help.

Hello McDown666​,

did you buy the upgrade directly through the EA app? When you talk about DLCs, do you mean the five exclusive cosmetics - 3x Unique Suits (Infested, Lone Survivor, Venture) and 2x Suit Textures (Sanctified, Bloody)? 

When you're in the EA app and go to Dead Space 3 in your installed games, could you click on "Manage" and then "manage add-ons" and check if the Deluxe Edition Upgrade is shown as installed there?
