Just encountered this problem as well. Definitely not exclusive to the PS5. I have multiple saves so how far back should I go back to reset it?

Thanks, I’ll start with the save when I first got on the ship. I’ll update when I finish the chapter…..again.
Okay I had a save just before entering the Valor. Loaded it up and went through the entire chapter and it worked. I’m now on chapter 10.
Weird thing happened though when I first loaded a chapter 9 save. It loaded fine but Isaac wasn’t on the screen. It looked like I was playing in 1st person. Good thing I had that chapter 8 save.
