There are multiple factors involved here, can I ask you to contact us so we can see exactly which version of the game you have?

For help on how to contact an Advisor please use this link: http://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-Help-Beta/How-to-contact-a-Game-Advisor-using-the-new-EA-Help-page/td-p/2161281 Other people with the same problem (maybe all Spanish customers have the same problem) are changing their console location to Italian and then download the game again and it has Spanish voices and Spanish captions.
I have contacted XBOX Support via Twitter and they have answered me to contact EA to get help.
I think the problem is that there is a wrong version of the game in the Spanish Store.
I've been trying to contact an EA Game Advisor by Chat (three or more times) but nobody 'answers my call'. I have also tried with Twitter.
