When did the bug occur? What did you do before you experienced the bug?
- Chapter 3 in Pure Survival mode
I saved my game once I reached the reactor room for the first time. When I started from last save, I was back at the fan tunnel fighting the Dog Lurkers for the first time. So, my checkpoint was back tracked, but no significant errors otherwise. I decided to revisit the Bench and stock up since I had backtracked already. After that,  I proceeded to the reactor room with more ammunition and resources spent on them. I died in the reactor room. When I respawned, I was down to a single magazine of ammo, but my resources were at the same count as my last game save as if I never used them.

What did you expect to happen?
- I expected to be placed back inside the reactor room with the ammo count I had before entering it and before starting the puzzle/fight in that room. I at least expected my ammo count to be a a reasonably close number to the count I had after recrafting/stocking at the bench and fighting to the reactor room. I did not expect to have my ammo count reset.
