Can I co-op with my friend using the same network because when I try to join it automatically says failed to join ☹️ and it would be awesome if you considered to have a LAN option it would be just the same as co-op but it´s just used by the same network
Context;
I and another person have attempted to play Dead Space 3 in co-op mode. We have been entirely unsuccessful in this and have met with the obstruction described below. We are both running good-spec computeres; we are both savvy enough to get rid of our security to allow the game/Origin to relay info between our computers (so much so that we have actually had to delete all of our security software just to see if that would help... it hasn't.)
We are encumbered by the same symptom as the message above. I get a message saying "Failed to Join" every time I attempt to join the other party in co-op play; and the other party has the same problem with joining me, and thus so far we are totally barred from the co-op experience that this game was sold on.
It seems reasonable to expect this to be resolved quickly; it being 2013, and our computer systems both being x86-64 windows machines...
