Have had the game since launch day and have not had a problem playing up until this week when playing on three different Co Op games I noticed 3 glitches that you may or may not be aware of.  They are as follows:

Glitch 1:  During a random Co Op game in which we were moving through Chapter 14, we had got to Disposal Services and the key would not work, in fact it has disappeared from our Rig completely, as such we had to leave that optional mission.

Glitch 2: During another random Co Op game a day later, I we were in CMS Brusilov and had just finished the final fight at the end of the mission.  When we got into a corridor off that room we couldn't get out, the doors would not open, as such, we had to restart the final fight again to get through eventually.

Glitch 3:  Occured las night as I was playing Co Op with a friend.  We had been going through Paleontology and arrived in the room in which you pick up the key to start the optional Reaper Barracks misssion.  The key was not on the table nor anywhere to be found.  We actually restarted the entire chapter to see if it would fix the problem but no it didn't.

Just wanted to make you aware of these events. 

Just as a footnote, thank you for a great series of games, they are incredible set pieces and immensly fun to play.  Great work all round, keep it up,  this is what gaming is all about.  Thank you 🙂
