I have a few posts in this and other DS3 threads. In short- I have played this on 4 different consoles (one 60gb fat, 2 320gb slims and one 500gb white model) - using three different discs and 3 different usernames. A tech at EA had me download some app that they could check my internet connection to their servers checking for dropped packets. Tech at EA said my connection was as good as he has seen. I have had numerous emails and a few actual phone conversations with EA games. I am ALWAYS told that they are not aware of freezing issues and it is just extreme bad luck at my end. I will say the game does not seem to freeze as often when you are disconnected from the internet. Of course that ends any co-op play. I have also encountered many problems with the co-op missions freezing as you are trying to return to the surface or exit. Freezing is the main problem. The other is that you lose the "save and quit" even if you manage to exit the level. Choosing quit will reset your progress to BEFORE the mission. I have actually gone on for two more levels waiting for a progress saving to appear on my screen. Never happens. My co-op partner said he had several progress saving points as we progressed.
