I have noticed that anything to do with the black screen crash that a lot of people seem to be having is being ignored. I have had this problem since mid April roughly. I have contacted EA support many times and have tried everything under the Sun to try to get it to work and it hasn't even made a difference. I still get the same error message that tells me that the game has stopped responding.

My laptop is perfectly capable of running the game, and many other current games. I was able to complete the game, get through half of the COOP mode on Impossible and complete the Awakened DLC when the game wouldn't work anymore.

I really hope that the guys at EA are working on this. I paid good money and expected a quality product that worked, and if not would be fixed.
