Cannot register Dragon age 2 on bioware social

Hi guys,

              I purchased dragon age 2 from origins,I am trying to register my copy on bioware social but it says the serial code is invalid. I am sure i am putting the same code as i have got from origin.Also my game profile is there .Also when i go to my games------> your registered content i can see dragon age 2 along with my other games. But when i go to my games------> player profiles, i cannot  see dragon age 2 in the registered games section.Am i doing something wrong?any help will be appreciated.thanks
