Bought a goty edition of dragon age inquisition but cant access the dlc at all Doesnt even show that I have it either

@Colm_E_Kaine In that case you should probably return it, it is not a good idea to try to buy account bound games second hand. You might want to mention that at the store, too.
Likely whoever sold it to the store got the game of the year edition for the DLCs and already had the base game, so just took the DLC codes for themselves and sold the unused base game.
