Can't download the Dragon Slayer and the Destruction multiplayer expansion packs

 I got the game with origin access. 

When I try to download either of them, origin asks for a product key, and obviously, I don't have one as I got the game with origin access.

So, I literally have no idea how to download them.

Any help will be appreciated!
