Can't see character in character creation screen

Whenever I try to make a new character, the opening sequence doesn't show up right and instead I get this green background fog. I can get the character creation menu, but upon selecting continue and naming my character the background stays the same and flashes different colors.

Windowed, full screen, two, single monitors, none of it helps. I saw changing graphics cards was the solution one time but I only have one graphics card. The game worked before, so this is a result of a patch or perhaps the new Trespasser dlc I bought. I'm not sure how to test each patch to see which (if any) are the culprit. I would try disabling the dlc but I'm not sure which folder it is. I know the path but not the name.

I have tried origin offline, disabled, ect. Doesn't help either.

OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit

Processor: Quad core Intel i5 3300 @ 3.00 GHz

Intel Integrated Graphics

Resolutions:

monitor 1: 1360 x 768

monitor 2: 1360 x 768

(have tried disabling/unplugging second monitor, no change. Have also tried changing monitor resolutions.)

8 GB ram

If I missed any system info please ask.
