PC, and I tried adding ability points as soon as I leveled up as well, still get the, "Some features are currently unavailable." My game hasn't crashed, and this is the THIRD new game I am starting.

So any word on when we can expect a patch to fix this? It's frustrating that I preordered a game and can't play it because of, apparently, horrific product testing before release.

We can't expect a patch to fix this at all.  We've had one tweet from one Bioware member acknowleding the problem, and apparently he has no direct involvement with fixing any of this game's problems.

So we're stuck with an unplayable game? 

That would be an inexplicably revolting business practice.

Release a grossly dysfunctional product - so dysfunctional I can't believe it went through product testing - then forget the people(of which there is a significant number) who are having a game-breaking issue?
