Cloudsave sync failure

Hi I'm trying to recover my save files through the cloudsync but I'm having a really hard time

I didn't have any save files on this laptop, and I no longer have access to the laptop with the original files.

I downloaded Inquisition and attempted to start it, the cloudsync went about to 95% and crashed the origin app. It just says the sync failed, and origin stops working.

Restarted origin and tried again, this time it said it was unable to sync and offered the option to play anyway.

This far I've probably quit and restarted the app about 10 times, and it's a coin toss if it's going to crash or just ask me to play without my save files.

I've tried a clean reboot, as I've read on a few tickets from 2016, but it was no use.

I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling origin twice, once on a different drive. Also no use.

  • The specs you provided indicate that laptop will NOT be able to run DAI. The Intel embedded GPU is inadequate for any high-end game.

Maybe that's what's causing the problem, and it happens right at the end "Cloud Sync" process as the game tries to load and present the main menu.

This is the fault error that is probably your issue.  From what I can find out, most issues with the ntdll are related to video drivers and often an optional update by windows.  Your machine has a Nvidia 1060 card graphics card listed below the Intel, so you shouldn't have an issue actually running the game, as long as you keep the Intel away from it while you are running.  You may look into doing a clean install of your video drivers, and making sure you don't do any optional updates for windows.  You also may want to check the health and condition of your HDs and use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system.

sorry but my HD and video drivers seem to be doing just fine? I CAN play the game without any problem, what I CANT do is successfully download the campaigns I've already played through and access them in game.
