Coat requisition in the Emprise bugged? (The Quatermaster requested materials)

I am getting grey hairs about this one.

I am doing Emprise du Lion.

I have the following quest under 'Emprise du Lion' in my Journal:

Coat requisition in the Emprise
The Quatermaster requested materials to make additional heavy coats for Inquisition forces
* 5/5 Plush Fustian Velvet
* 10/10 Snoufleur Skin
* Fill the requsition

I have gathered the required materials, but nobody want the stuff?

I tried to speak to all the camp officers, checking every Requisition Table, checked the Quatermaster at Skyhold and his table, and also if the quest was at the War Table in the Main Tower at Skyhold.
I get no map indication (star) for this quest on any map.

It's strange. Has anyone else eperienced this?

    I have the same problem.

    Requisition is listed in the journal, but there is no entry in the list of requests in the Requisition Table.

    I even destroyed my velvet and skins. The quest get an update that i need to gather this material. When i found some, the quest ist updatet to the point where i need to fill the requisiton --> no chance to give it away.....

    anyone had the same problem and solved it. Or is it possible to cancel a quest?

    Same issue on PC - must be bugged.

    Ahh! Found it. Even though your items are acquired in the list that is shown, go back and look at the items you need for this in the quartermaster's list in base camp. I ended up needing 3 or 5 great bear pelts to complete the coat request. I hope this helps!
