I am having the same issue.
I have been playing the game for two days and today I wanted to travel to the Hinterlands and the loading screen wouldn't end.
After that I tried re-entering the game and now the game won't load at all.
Sry, but... WTF is this?
Edit: I started another game and then I completely shut the Xbox One off (NOT Instant-On mode) and let it sit for about half an hour. Now it is working again.
I don't know if that had anything to do with it working again but I thought I would share it anyway.
Its been about two months since ive been able to play, for the same reason!!
My game wont load past the splash art that comes up when you launch the game!!
I tried everything, unplugging and doing a hard reset of the xbox one, deleting all my saves and the game as well to see if it was from corrupted data, AND I EVEN BOUGHT A PHYSICAL COPY.
Still nothing
This is stupid EA

Community Admin@aura4567 At this stage once you finish the steps Fred gives the only other thing could be an account issue. If you try to create a new account and play the game on that do you see the same issue?
Past this you'll want to reach out to Xbox support. I fear there's a hardware issue, and they should be able to help look into that.

In some cases some hardware issues will only occur for certain games (games using a particular game engine, for example) but testing any other games you have is a good idea, if even just for the context.
