Community Admin@Yogieeeeeee Hey, so its showing one of your transferred characters? If that's the case then it sounds like you've moved everything, but you might want to double-check for the "missing" character.
If all of this is ok, you might want to double-check that all your DLC is downloaded, I know there are some restrictions when you try to play on a character which attempts to play on a version of the game with less DLC than was on its initial install.

I'm having the same problem. My computer crashed and I had to backup and restore. I have all the save files from before the crash. I can see the character portraits with all the armour I collected. I started playing new Wardens to see if it was an issue with having multiple characters. But no -- I have no trouble switching between the Wardens I started after the reinstall, but still can't touch the Warden I had before.
- All my save folder are in the same place -- both the ones the load game can find and the ones that it can't.
- All my DLCs are installed.
