DLC reward items are not appearing in inventory when I make a new character

This is the PS3 version and it's just the regular edition

I have beaten Witch Hunt, Leliana's Song, and Golems of Amgarrak, and I have unlocked all the items you get for doing all the little tasks in each one. For roughly 2 years, there was no problem, all the items where uploaded into prexisting saved files and every file I have made after that. They transfered into Awakening with no problem, but just yesterday I tried to make a new character in DA Origins and the inventory was empty. I checked my other files and they still have all the items, nothing was missing. I have contacted EA tech support and did the online chat, the advisor told me to delete the game data and re install it, I did that and reinstalled the dlc, it sort of fixed the problem, when I made a new character on both Da: Origins and DA: Awakening it had all but two of the items, "Sash of Forbidden Secrets" and "The High Regard of House Dace", he then suggested that I delete the current patch and re install it, I asked him what the file size was becuase there were two dragon age: origins data files, one was 4357 MB and the other was 32 MB and both were labeled as "Dragon Age: Origins". All the advisor said was to delete the "patch" but neither one had the word "patch" in it, so I deleted both and reinstalled everything again. After that I booted the game up and at the menu screen a textbox appeared and it said something along the line of "your profile data is corrupted and was overwritten and set to default". When I made a new character on DA: Origins, the inventory was empty again, but when I made a new character in DA: Awakening, it had all but those two items as before,  what can I do to fix this?
