Dragon Age: Inquisition Endless Loading Screen?
Hi all,
I am trying to run Inquisition on my computer, but am stuck on a seemingly endless loading screen. This is a new computer, so I know there's a nonzero chance I may have goofed and gotten one that isn't compatible with DA:I, but I'm not sure what the issue is. I have disabled my antivirus and done a clean boot, and all my caches are clear--and again, it's a new computer. The Origin staff have been helpful, but I keep getting solutions for the game not opening, not getting stuck on this loading screen. I've attached my msinfo, dxdiag, and a screencap of where I'm stuck because at ~150 hours in, I have never seen this before. Thanks!
--------------- Display Devices --------------- Card name: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620Computer doesn't meet specs for game, as it doesn't have an AMD or Nvidia video card. You can maybe go over to the Intel graphics forum and see what they can recommend to try and make it work, but officially the only real solution is to either get a different computer with one, or buy a card and install it in your current one. If you think the computer should have one already, then it isn't showing installed and thus is an issue in that regard.
