Dragon Age Inquisition LOAD SCREEN CRASH
Hello, Need help is possible, 5hrs 26min into the game and im trying to continue, what im getting instead is the load game screen crashing to desktop.

Bought a hard copy for my xbox one a few days ago; worked and loaded just fine. Ive tried everything to get it to work now but it just sends me to home screen after loading. I can understand if it was a digital download, but now I'm just confused.

Currently I have done all the usual things like clearing my registry files, trying to run in widowed mode etc but the furthest I can get is the Bioware logo, about 2 seconds of music and then the 'autosave do not close the game' notification. It then just hangs on black and does nothing. The Task manager says it is working but I cannot get any further than that no matter what I have tried so far.
Any ideas would be mist appreciated!
i am having the exact same issues and I even deleted the game and re-downloaded it.
